This week, we show you how you can customize the use of the keyboard in SAP Business One, adjusting it to your preferences to increase work efficiency.
Do you like the keyboard? Or do you prefer the mouse? Do you mainly use the numeric keypad? As you ponder these questions, we have some good news to share that could improve your productivity.
With SAP Business One, you can adapt the use of the keyboard according to your needs. In Administration > System startup > General settings > Services tab, there is a new section called “Alternative keyboard usage”. Here you can configure whether you prefer to use the ENTER key on the numeric keypad as the TAB key, set the DOT key as the default decimal separator, or choose to use only the mouse for document operations.
These settings are also available in the User Defaults – Configuration window.
