This week, we highlight the functionality of customizing labels in SAP Business One. Authorized users can quickly modify labels in SAP Business One to suit business needs.
Did you know that the labels of fields, column headers and tabs on the SAP Business One screen can be modified?
If necessary, an authorized user can quickly change the label of various screen elements. For example, if your company uses the “Remarks” text box on the Sales Order to enter warranty information, you can change it to “Warranty”. To do this, simply position the mouse cursor over the label you want to change and, at the same time, press the CTRL key and double-click.
The “Change description” window will appear.
Enter the new label and, if you wish, format it in Bold or Italics. After clicking OK, the change will be immediately visible to all users accessing the window.
If you want to return to the original label, just click on the “Reset settings” button.
This functionality is available in the SAP Business One versions for SAP HANA and SAP Business One.
