From the Customer Master Data, click on the “can also” button, select “view customer 360”:
After that, the system automatically opens this screen:
This screen is made up of 4 different tabs: General, Sales, Order fulfillment and Accounts receivable. You can access the entire history of transactions accumulated in KPIs and tables within the same dashboard, such as invoicing, logistics data, credit limits, accounts receivable aging and other information.
