Need to change the status of documents in one go? Find out, in this tip of the week, how SAP Business One allows you, for example, to cancel or close several open documents quickly and efficiently, or change the status of several Production Orders to start their production.

The list of open documents in SAP Business One is one of the most commonly used reports. The main purpose of this report is to list the documents that are still open. However, it also offers some additional functionalities that can make your work more efficient.

From this report, you can cancel and close several documents at once. To do this, simply display the open documents of the desired type, such as sales orders, select the relevant documents and, in the context menu, choose the “Cancel” or “Close” option.
