With SAP Business One, you can get up-to-date results with just one click, making it easier to keep track of your key customers’ balances and helping you stay on top and meet challenges effectively.
By clicking on the “Update” icon in the toolbar (or using the corresponding keyboard shortcut), the account balance, deliveries, orders and opportunity balances are updated immediately, taking into account all the transactions and documents recorded since the last update. This option is also available for business partners of the supplier and lead types.
